Since day 1 Janette, the manager, has been unprofessional, inconsistent, and unresponsive. We had an APPOINTMENT to deliver the deposit and sign our rental agreement however, when we showed up she was completely unprepared and asked us to come back later! That should have been the first bad sign. Since living here for the last 6 months we have been neglected multiple times with our maintenance requests. It typically takes 2 weeks to get someone over here for a simple repair. To date we have been waiting for 2.5 weeks for a leaky faucet to be repaired! We have to constantly go ask them the status of said repairs. They typically don't bother answering calls&don't return our messages for days, so we are forced to rearange our schedules to make time to stop by the office, which is extremely inconvenient. Another issue I have had lately is picking up my various package deliveries from the office. They are completely unorganized and have no solid system for their tenants. In fact, they don't even notify us when a package does arrive! I honestly only know I have a package waiting for me if it's something I personally bought online and I know it's estimated delivery date! Today for example, I KNEW a package was going to be delivered and I KNEW it would be delivered to the apt office because I gave specific instructions to ups to do so...when I went to pick up my package on the way home from work Janette told me there was no package for me! BUT when I got home there was a notice on my front door from ups that said my package was delivered to the office, just as I had requested! Wow! When I attempted to go back to get it, the office was closed!
