WaterRidge Apartment Homes– Irving
This is by far the worst apartments I've ever lived in or even heard of. The manager, Munira, is an inconsiderate, incompetent, liar that shouldn't even be allowed to manage 1 unit let alone an entire complex. The maintenance is piss poor or worse. The apartments are outdated, poorly maintained, and dirty. My rent's gone up $100 from when I first moved in almost two years ago. The bottom line is..you don't want to live here. If you think this is exaggerated come on down and see for yourself..Ask for Munira
Maintenance is robbing apts i believe. had a work order filled one day. Very next day the apt was a total wreck and robbed of EVERYTHING. Cant even grasp how much stuff they took yet. Still noticing items they took. TVs and accessories, ps4, wii, all jewelry, kids jewelry and ipads included, purses, clothes just to name a few.. No forced entry. No broken windows or damaged doors. Not even the door weather stripping damaged. Police officer stated that only a key could have accessed the apt. Robbers even locked the door on on the way out. How can a single mom 2 kids feel safe when all evidence point to personel with keys to do an inside job robbery.
