Rental Property Fort Worth

The Conventional Public Housing program is housing that is owned and managed by Fort Worth Housing Solutions (FWHS). This program includes subsidized rental housing for low and moderate income eligible families, the elderly, and persons with disabilities. Families pay a rental amount that is generally 30% of their adjusted income.

Currently, FWHS owns and manages three (3) family site developments, one elderly and handicapped site, and several scattered site units located throughout the City of Fort Worth. Communities offer property management, maintenance, and various programs and services for residents.
