Irving House for rent

Looking for extended stay accommodations in Cambridge?

Turner House, our extended stay solution, is located a half-block from Irving House, our main house. Turner House rooms are rented on a weekly or monthly basis. There is a two-week minimum stay.

Room features

• Private bath
• Queen size bed or trundle bed (2 singles)
• DSL internet access with wireless service free of charge
• Satellite TV in the rooms
• Kitchenette equipped with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.
• An additional selection of appliances that you can choose.
• Telephone with an answering machine (local calls are free)
• We have coin-operated laundry facilities at Irving House for our guests
• Rates include weekly housekeeping and off street parking.
• Please note: Breakfast is not provided for Turner House.

Rates & Terms

Weekly stay (minimum two weeks):

• Rent is due each week, in advance. (Even if you stay a day or two less than 14 days, the charge is still for the two weeks.)
• Weekly rates range from 50-50.

Monthly stay (minimum two months):

• We offer a special rate of 50-50 per month.
• The monthly rent is payable for each 4 week period, in advance. There is a two month minimum stay to be qualified for a monthly rate.
  (Even if you stay a week or two less than two months, the charge will be for the two months.)

Weekly-rate booking:

• For stays on a weekly basis, changes to arrival date or cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to arrival date.
• If you have not shown up, we will charge you for one week and cancel the rest of the reservation.

Monthly rate booking:

• For stays on a monthly basis, changes to arrival date or cancellations must be made at least four weeks prior to arrival date
• If you have not shown up, we will charge you for 2 weeks, based on our weekly rates and cancel the rest of the reservation.
• Guest who are on a monthly rate and shorten their stay will be subject to be charged on the base of weekly rent rather than monthly rent. (There is a two month minimum stay to be qualified for a monthly rate.)

Office, Check-In & Contact:

• The office for Turner House, open 24 hours daily, is located at the Irving House, 24 Irving Street, 1/2 block away.
• Check in time is 3pm, check out time is 11am.
